Original Pizza Logs are great almost anywhere! Bar/Lounge, Pizza shops, Family/Casual dining, cafeterias (holds for hours under dry heat), Ski Lodges, Sports Bars... Use your imagination!

Quality Ingredients in our Pepperoni & Cheese Pizza Logs are: Whole milk mozzarella cheese, 3 slices of Margherita® pepperoni and Redpack® meatless spaghetti sauce. Other varieties add or substitute different ingredients. All are had wrapped in an egg roll skin and blanched in pure peanut oil.

Serving Size: 4 Pizza Logs, with a dipping sauce of spaghetti, marinara or house red sauce. Try Ranch, Bleu Cheese or wing sauce.

Menu Price: $3.99 to $5.95 depending on operator's menu range. Great on childres's menu at 2 Logs for $1.99.

Preparation:

FRYABLE Pizza Logs:

  • Deep fry at 350 for 3 minutes.
  • Allow to stand for 1 minute.

OVEN READY Pizza Logs:

  • Conventional Oven - 400 for 10-12 minutes, turn once.
  • Convection Oven - 350 for 10-12 minutes
  • Deck Pizza Ovens: try 10 minutes, adjust as needed
  • Impinger/Conveyor Ovens: try one full pass, adjust as needed
