- Allow to stand for 1 minute.
OVEN READY Pizza Logs: - Conventional Oven - 400 for 10-12 minutes, turn once.
- Convection Oven - 350 for 10-12 minutes
- Deck Pizza Ovens: try 10 minutes, adjust as needed
- Impinger/Conveyor Ovens: try one full pass, adjust as needed
