
INGREDIENTS
Description: Egg, Cheese and Bacon rolled in a crispy egg wrap.
Dough: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) water, liquid egg white and/or liquid
whole egg, corn starch, vinegar, salt, sodium propionate (preservative), sodium stearoyl lactylate (dough conditioner), potassium sorbate (preservative).
Egg: Whole eggs, whey, soybean oil, nonfat milk. Contains 1% or less of the following: salt, natural butter flavor, xanthan gum, citric acid.
Cheese: Pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes and annatto [vegetable color]. Potato starch, powdered cellulose added to prevent caking.
Bacon: Pork Belly (Cured with: Water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite. May contain smoke flavoring.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
DEEP FRY
Pre-Heat to 325°F
Cook for 5 minutes (thawed)
Cook thoroughly to internal temp. of 165° F. Recommended to let stand for 1-2 minutes. Contents may be extremely hot when served.
CONVECTION OVEN
Pre-Heat to 375°F
Cook for 10-12 minutes (turn once)
Cook thoroughly to internal temp. of 165° F. Recommended to let stand for 1-2 minutes. Contents may be extremely hot when served.
AIR FRYER
Pre-Heat to 375°F
Cook for 9-11 minutes (times may vary by manufacturer)
Cook thoroughly to internal temp. of 165° F. Recommended to let stand for 1-2 minutes. Contents may be extremely hot when served.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Pre-Heat to 400°F
Cook for 12-14 minutes (turn once)
Cook thoroughly to internal temp. of 165° F. Recommended to let stand for 1-2 minutes. Contents may be extremely hot when served.
